Dennis Nobelius, 49 years of age, lives in Gothenburg, Sweden. Dennis has been Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Polestar since September 2020. Before this, Dennis was CEO of Zenuity for four years – the software company that develops software for self-driving cars. Prior to Zenuity, Dennis was MD for Volvo Cars in Switzerland, Programme Leader for the all-new XC90 / S90 / V90 and the new SPA platform for Volvo Car Group, and Plant Director for the final assembly shop at Volvo Cars Torslanda. Dennis was also CEO for the start-up company Expoplanet and a Visiting Scholar at Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, USA. Since 2021, Dennis is an advisory board member at battery developer StoreDot. He is the initiator and founder of MobilityXlab, a start-up business interface, which sees collaboration between Lindholmen Science Park, big Swedish companies like Ericsson, Zenseact, Volvo Cars and start-ups from all over the world. In addition to this, Dennis is part of the founding team of AI Sweden, a national centre for applied Artificial Intelligence. Dennis holds a PhD in R&D Management, from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. Dennis is passionate about high technology environments, sustainability, and authentic leadership. In addition, he is a member of VDMA AG Additive Manufacturing Advisory Board as well as a member of Formnext Advisory Board. Dr. Heuser has a Ph.D. in solid state physics from the University Augsburg as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management from ESMT. Danny Auerswald (39) holds a degree in industrial engineering (TU Dresden) and started his career in 2013 - after five years at the management consultancy Volkswagen Consulting - in various functions in production and logistics at Volkswagen. For three and a half years, he was an advisor to Volkswagen Group and brand board members Michael Macht and Thomas Ulbrich. In August 2016, Auerswald, who was born in Lichtenstein (Zwickau district), took over as plant manager at the Pekan site in Malaysia. There he was responsible for the production of the Passat, Tiguan, Polo, Vento and Jetta. After four years in Pekan, the father of two children is now taking over responsibility for the Transparent Factory in Dresden.

Before joining SVOLT Europe in August 2021, he was Technical Section Head Battery Systems and Technical Project Manager HV Battery BEV at Porsche AG in Weissach.
