About Speaker

Rafiq is a Mechatronics Engineer with an MBA in International Business. He has been immersed in industrial robotics for over 30 years, overseeing various innovations through to product launches. Currently, he leads Business Development at Realtime Robotics, a software company. With extensive experience in mechanical engineering, digital twin technologies, automotive and simulation industries, Rafiq was awarded the German Federal Innovation Prize in 2016.
